Biography

This course introduces students to all aspects of project management and helps them to communicate efficiently with different types of public.

Aspects of interpersonal, intercultural and interdisciplinary communication will be covered.

 

Learning outcomes

 Students should

  • Understand the importance of PM and be able to apply specific tools, models and processes.
  • improve their communication with people from various cultures and environments
  • articulate ideas clearly and coherently in written work and presentations
  • understand the nature and principles of interpersonal communication power and influence, including non-verbal communication
  • understand the importance of values and cultural differences, particularly in international projects.
