This course will teach principles of marine ecophysiology and ecotoxicology.
It will describe the strategies of response of marine organisms to environmental perturbations : from interspecific interactions to climate change and marine pollution.


Learning outcomes

 Students should

  • appraise notions of stress, resilience, hysteresis, pollution, biomarkers…
  • distinguish acclimatization and adaptation responses.
  • review the climate change consequences on marine organisms
  • discuss and criticize recent research works
