Université Côte d’Azur and Sophia Antipolis, Europe’s leading technology park, are organizing the second edition of the Soph.I.A summit on 20, 21 and 22 November 2019, an international symposium dedicated to recent advances in artificial intelligence and its applications. This symposium is intended to be a forum for exchanges and meetings between researchers, companies, students and the general public.

Scientific conferences, debates, round tables, posters will bring together the academic researchers and companies for a cross-fertilization of views on four topical themes:

• developments in the fundamental A.I.

• A.I. and health,

• A.I. and biology,

• A.I. and smart territory.

These themes will be addressed in a transdisciplinary manner, including in particular the economic, sociological and ethical aspects induced by these subjects. After the opening ceremony and the inaugural plenary conference on the morning of the 20th November, each theme will be explored for half a day. Each will also have its own invited plenary conference and will then lead to shorter presentations in parallel sessions as well as poster presentations.

This call for contributions aims to build the program of these thematic sessions. It therefore concerns short presentations and poster presentations.

Paper  submission:Proposals are to be submitted by july 26th, 2019. Submissions should be written in English and can concern ongoing works, reviews or even works that have been presented/published in other conferences.
