Introduction

The "Economics and management of companies and organizations (EMEO)" and "Economics and management of the industries of commerce and distribution (EMICD)" tracks form the tools for management and organizational monitoring necessary for the competitive environment of companies. These tracks seek to deepen the fundamentals of economics, management and law that characterize the environment of firms, SMEs and SMOs. The EMICD track is designed specifically for the management of retail companies and business activities. Its purpose is to deepen the competitive and strategic practices in the international development of these companies.

The"Economics and Management of Enterprises and Organizations (EMEO)" and "Economics and Management of the Commerce and Distribution Industries (EMICD)" tracksoffer students the opportunity to learn about management tools, organizational monitoring and that which is dedicated to the management of information systems or knowledge of the competitive environment of companies and industries. The proposed tracks allow students to deepen their fundamental knowledge of the economy, management and rules of law that characterize the environment of firms, SMEs and SMOs that are key players in the economic network of French regions. The EMICD course specifically trains students in the management of retail companies and in retail activities.
