Introduction

The SIM course provides high-level training to support business development strategies. It approaches management from a multidisciplinary perspective (negotiation, marketing, consumer behavior, e-reputation and digital business strategy, etc.). The students of the SIM course are all bilingual and trained in the international approach to business by research professors at the forefront of research and professionals who are experts in their fields.
The SIM course is an elitist course that is both generalist and resolutely internationally oriented. It integrates mastery of the English language, interculturality and develops in each area of expertise the specificities resulting from the globalization of markets. The majority of the courses are in English (M1: out of 21 ECUE, 14 are in English. M2: out of 22 ECUE, 12 are in English).

The SIM course offers a specialization preparing for positions of responsibility, such as executive officer, department manager, project manager, operational and strategic manager. Objectives

The SIM challenges are multiple and complementary.

First of all, SIM is intended to be a relevant response to the complex issues facing businesses: integrating the notion of transversality, training managers capable of renewing the business in civil society (business as stakeholders, guarantor of the common good). Subsequently, SIM develops creative and original issues. Indeed, SIM is committed to training future managers to make decisions in an uncertain and complex environment in order to provide innovative and creative solutions (new business models, such as socially sustainable development, DSD). In addition, the educational challenge of SIM is to promote transdisciplinary and reverse pedagogy (Use of hybridized courses, learning outcomes, pedagogical alignment, scripting, MOOC, UVED platform). But also to highlight a resolutely international didactic teaching (Erasmus + teachers). Finally, SIM's ambition is to shine internationally.
Indeed, the international stake is to be present on several continents through the double diploma (Irkutsk -Russia-, Rabat -Morocco-).

Specificities

The SIM course is bilingual (FR / ENG). It is profiled to meet the new challenges of international management. SIM has an excellent international reputation : Belgium, Brazil, China, Spain, Morocco, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Tunisia and Ukraine.
The promotions are made up (in order of importance) of courses: 1) EG, 2) LEA and 3) business schools.

All of the constituent elements of EU (materials) are in full continuous control. This implies at least two evaluations (one written: case study and one oral: presentation (either individual or group)). This assumes that the ratings are dynamic. As such, a professional was appointed during the last CP to set up an evaluation grid under the supervision of the director of the master's degree.

Concerning the grading: As part of the continuous assessment, the student must be present at the teaching sessions during which two knowledge checks will take place. Attendance and active participation will have an impact on the rating.
