Introduction

As we are only now beginning to uncover the role of the ocean in our society, it's crucial to bring together scientific, economic and societal stakeholders. The greater understanding of marine ecosystems offered by scientists is now opening up brand new socio-economic opportunities.
The objective: develop our knowledge of the ocean to better value and protect its resources.
Our aim: to open students' employability. Our interdisciplinary approach, combined with empowering immersion projects, allows students to become researchers, conservation specialists, environmental consultant, or entrepreneurs.
Our program offers an innovative and interdisciplinary way to understanding the interdependencies between scientific, societal and economic aspects of the ocean combining Marine biology, Ecosystem & data analysis, Chemistry & Biotechnology, Law and Science & Society modules.
