Introduction
The MSc Management of the Flavour and Fragrance Industry was launched in 2018 by Université Côte d’Azur in partnership with EDHEC Business School and ISIPCA to train the next generation of professionals in this global sector. This international programme is fully taught in English and built on a transdisciplinary curriculum that brings together flavour and fragrance sciences, marketing, and management in direct alignment with industry expectations. Graduates are prepared to step into roles across the flavour and fragrance industry or to continue toward doctoral studies.
