Short bio.
Godefroy de Boiscuillé is an Associate Professor and researcher at GREDEG, a joint Université Côte d’Azur–CNRS research centre in Nice Sophia Antipolis, within the Nice School of Economic Law (EDEN-École de droit économique de Nice), of which he is Co-Director.
In 2026, he has been appointed member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF), one of France’s most prestigious academic distinctions, where he holds a Fundamental Chair on "Competition, AI and Digital Sovereignty".
He is also the founding director of the Chair in Competition and Digital Economics at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Panthéon-Assas Foundation).
Alongside these activities, he serves as an external expert at the European Institute of Public Administration (Maastricht/Luxembourg), where I regularly advise the European institutions on matters relating to the internal market and EU digital law.
His teaching and research focuses on EU Law, EU digital law (AI Act, DSA, DMA, GDPR, Data Governance Act, etc.), economic law (internal market, competition, consumer and distribution law) and European civil liability law, in particular the new Product Liability Directive.
