We still welcome you with this website.

Follow this step-by-step guide to sort out your situation if you've just arrived.

 I finalise my administrative registration

This is the step that unlocks everything else: your enrolment certificate, your student card and your digital access. To access Mon Compte, you must first finalise your administrative registration and pay your tuition fees in full. A question about this registration? Go to the "Need help?" section.

I complete my course registration

This mandatory procedure, required at the start of each new semester, allows you to register for the courses you wish to take during the even or odd semester, and to choose your electives. It is essential in order to sit the continuous assessment tests and the final exams at the end of the semester. Contact your registrar's office (scolarité) for details on how to register online and the dates of the online course registration campaigns (IPWeb).
Please note: depending on your date of arrival, you may need to go to your registrar's office in person to complete this course registration.

This video explains how to choose your courses and complete your course registration (tutorial in the second part of the video):

I unlock access to my first courses (for first-year students)

For first-year students (excluding BUT, Polytech, IFSI, CPGE and INSPE), an online course is mandatory and must be completed quickly during the semester: the Student Passport (Passeport étudiant). Validating it unlocks access to another mandatory course: Written Skills (Compétences écrites). Please note: if you don't complete this 100% online course, you risk scoring 0/20 and lowering your overall average.

I check my student email inbox EVERY day

It is very important to check your email address every day, to receive information from your teachers, the registrar's office (registration, exam dates...) and everything related to your university life. It takes the form firstname.lastname@etu.univ-cotedazur.fr.

What is the Student Passport?

The Student Passport is a mandatory course for first-year students (excluding BUT, Polytech, IFSI, CPGE and INSPE), designed to ease the transition from high school to university. It is fully online and must be completed by the end of September. If you arrived late, finish it quickly to avoid getting a 0 on upcoming assessments! And if you're not in L1, this course is open to everyone and is full of useful information for new arrivals.
