Introduction

The "Private Law" Master's degree has both a professional and a research purpose. In this perspective, the program provides opportunities for enrolled students with an interest in further doctoral studies with the availability of research paper courses that allow students to take the first step towards a personal research project. On the other hand, this training program offers access to professional integration within diverse occupations. Four tracks are offered: - Basic private law and criminal sciences - Private litigation management - Legal liability - History of law and heritage conservation

Master the methods of scientific research, Develop a capacity for summation, Analyze new texts and changes to jurisprudence in the fields of private law and criminal sciences, Identify points of controversy in court decisions, Learn how to integrate foreign rules and especially Monegasque law, Master the techniques of oral presentation as well as written expression, both individual and collective, Draft legal acts, Manage case study practical exercises, Master the rules of oral and written communication.

The content for each course is determined by the teaching teams, which are made up of the leading specialists in the discipline. The aim is to confer knowledge and expertise, as well as interpersonal skills. The link between the research carried out by the faculty, and the instruction that they provide within the diploma is a guarantee of the high level of requirements of the master 2. The division according to the selected specialties permits a high degree of specialization for the students and a guarantee of effective preparation to enter the labor market.
