Welcome on the online registration portal of the Université Côte d'Azur for the year 2018-2019


*********************** IMPORTANT NEWS***********************
 starting your online registration, you must pay the  « Contribution Vie Étudiante et de Campus »
at the CROUS, for the amount of 90€.
A number will be attributed to you at the end of the payment procedure. This number will be necessary for you to complete the online registration at our University.

Registrations at the Université Côte d'Azur will open :
- for students that are re-enrolling : 9 July 2018 from 9h00;
- for students that are enrolling for the first time : 12 juillet 2018 from 14h00.

All students can complete their CVEC contribution on the website of the CROUS, from 1 July 2018.

 Registrations will open in the beginning of July 2018. Keep an eye on our website for the exact date

You have received a favorable response following your application, therefore you must now proceed to your administrative registration. This step is MANDATORY for all students and will allow to determine your profile. At the end of this step and after opening your Sesame account (which gives you access to the University's Online Student Platform), you will have to submit the requested supporting documents in digital format.

In the vast majority of cases, a complete dematerialized registration procedure will be possible. This concerns students that are:

  • Authorized to register following a pre-registration process (by eCandidat or Études en France)
  • Authorized to re-enroll.

The entire procedure can be done remotely, including the payment of your registration fees (by credit card) and the uploading of the required documents. No need to come to the University in person, or to make an appointment, except to recover or update your student card. If an online registration can not be offered to you, you must submit a request via the following link GLPI.



if you are enrolling for an executive training program, you must go to the website of ASURE Formation.


The day after your administrative registration an email to your personal address will inform you of the activation of your UCA computer account (the Sesame account). You must IMPERATIVELY activate this account before depositing your required documents (username and password of your Sesame account will be requested when doing this).

Required Documents

After completing your administrative registration and opening your Sesame account, you can submit your supporting documents and follow the process (transmitted, validated, rejected) of the documents that you deposited.
