Introduction
The Master's in “Notarial Law” principally pursues a high-level professional objective.
It is the first essential phase of a curriculum that leads to the title of Notary.
The course content is determined by faculty made up of the best specialists in the discipline. It seeks to confer knowledge and expertise, as well as interpersonal skills, in a multidisciplinary way because of the very great diversity of the national notariat.
Objectives
By pursuing a degree in "Notarial Law", students gain in-depth knowledge in the drafting of deeds, business advice and dynamic asset management.
The Master’s program aims primarily to impart the following skills:
Development of listening and communication skills towards a very diverse clientele,
Understanding of the asset, civil and fiscal issues involved in the preparation of family inheritance
Development of an international vision of matrimonial and estate organization
Preparing to enter the CFPN.

Course load
Master 1: 450 hours, including 360 hours of lectures + 90 hours of tutorials
Master 2: 305 hours of face-to-face instruction
