Once you have completed your administrative registration (AI), you must ensure that allyour attachments have been validated and payment made.

Procedure: IA > Sésame activation > Submit attachments via intranet

I'm new to the Carlone campus

Your registration has been paid and your supporting documents have been validated, you are enrolled in Licence 1: your student card will be given to you from September 9, 2025 on the Carlone campus forecourt (don't forget to bring your school certificate).

I will update my student card on September 9, 2025, under the "Cartes Étudiantes" marquee set up in front of the Carlone campus. Don't forget to bring your school certificate.

It will be available on your intranet as soon as payment and attachments have been validated in the"My WEB file" - "Administrative Registration" tab

The school certificate cannot be downloaded to all telephones. Set your laptop to computer mode.

Reminder of the procedure for issuing school certificates

  1. Log on to your intranet
  2. Click on "My info
  3. Click on "My web folder
  4. Click on registration
  5. Go to Registration for the year in question
  6. You'll find a PDF in red (school certificate)
If the PDF does not appear, it means that your file is missing supporting documents or that payment has not been made.
(Please note that this procedure does not work on some telephones)
