Introduction

The Training Practices and Engineering Degree generally aims at the acquisition of knowledge, know-how and skills related to the professions of adult education (from conception to evaluation), consultancy, coaching, consultancy and research in education - training. It questions the challenges of overall performance in the company (development of employee skills, development of productivity and efficiency of product services, development of the quality of life at work in the professional field) and scientific means and procedures likely to respond to the problems encountered in the face of these challenges. The training architecture was built to meet the dimensions of a skills repository specific to the targeted field of activity. The Degree is divided into two tracks: - The Adult Training track (FA) - The Analysis of Education and Training Processes track (APEF) The first year of the master's degree aims to acquire pedagogical skills in training engineering, a professional culture and a good knowledge of the field of employment through the completion of two internships of 6 and 12 weeks. ICTs applied to the field of pedagogical engineering and open and distance learning have a special place in them.

Acquisition or reinforcement of skills in the design and implementation of adult training based on an analysis of situations in the workplace. Provide a specialization related to the support of companies and their employees in a process of change, the introduction of quality standards or the fight against the obsolescence of skills. Provide a specialization in the field of educational research, as part of the APEF course.
