Introduction

The Master’s in Administration and Liquidation of Insolvent Companies (ALED) is a training program of excellence, bringing together specialized academics and practitioners of collective proceedings. The University of Cote d'Azur, which was the first to be qualified to issue this diploma, offers this training alternately. The program proposes to respond to the evolving admissions to the regulated professions of judicial officers and agents. It is one of the two paths to the professions of the mandat de justice.

This master gives access to the professions of administrators and legal representatives, after completion of a training course of 30 months minimum. It also offers training to specialize in law firms in difficulty lawyers. and employees of restructuring companies and certain banking professions.

This Master is prepared only alternately, as part of a professionalization or apprenticeship contract. Thus the academic achievements will be enriched with professional experience during the academic year. Most of the courses are taught in French. The lessons begin the first week of September in M1 and end at the end of May. In alternation 1 week at university and 1 week in company (34 weeks in total).
