Introduction
Candidates study the legal, tax and economic environment of companies operating in the real estate sector and train in communication tools and techniques specific to real estate, management and real estate negotiations.
Objectives
The objective of this program is to provide students with legal, business and technical skills and knowledge that enable them to meet the needs of real estate businesses and to collaborate effectively with them.
Candidates study the legal, tax and economic environment of companies operating in the real estate sector and train in communication tools and techniques specific to real estate, management and real estate negotiations.
Once graduated, they have a good knowledge of the real estate market, its various businesses and practices, as well as its regulations. They can then apply for various professional cards and move into their chosen real estate sector.

TUTORED PROJECT - INTERNSHIP
Program schedule:
For a work-study program under a professional or apprenticeship contract:
1 week at the university / 1 week in the company from the beginning of September to the middle of April
Full time in the company from mid-April to end of August
Duration of the period in a company:
35 weeks for students in professional / apprenticeship contracts
12 weeks for continuing education students
The level of knowledge is assessed continuously during the program. The marks obtained for the internship and the tutored project are as important for graduation as those obtained in the other teaching units.
