THEMATIC SEMESTER LIGHTFAB - Call for visiting researchers

The Thematic Semester LIGHTFAB has lauched a call for applications regarding short-term Visiting scientists.

This initiative offers up to four awards to support one-month visits from external, established researchers and professors.

Each selected fellow will receive approximately €2,500 per month to help cover travel and living expenses. The primary aim of this program is to foster high-impact collaborations between Université Côte d’Azur (UniCA) and external research groups, while providing a unique opportunity for leading experts to engage with the LIGHTFAB network and its state-of-the-art facilities.

How to Submit

To facilitate the review process, please submit your application as a single PDF document (2 pages maximum, excluding CV).

Your PDF should clearly outline:

• The Visit Objective: A description of the scientific activities, seminars, or research you plan to conduct during your stay.
• The Collaborative Impact: An explanation of how your visit will foster synergy between your home institution and UniCA/LIGHTFAB.
• Brief CV: A short academic biography highlighting your current position and key expertise.
